Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused items in their original packaging. 

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Process:
To begin a return, please contact our support team at tech@pcsdv.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to deny any refund if the returned item is used, damaged, or outside of our policy guidelines.
• Returns will not be accepted on final sale items.
